What made you decide to become an Improvement & Management Tutor with Valkyrie? The opportunity to work with a leading learning organisation with a known pedigree of delivery and engagement. We all like to align ourselves to success and Valkyrie provide me with a broad platform to share my experiences from.

Why do you like working for Valkyrie? The whole team is totally supportive of its Learners and just as importantly, each other. There is room for personal development as a Tutor and the environment is only ever encouraging. The standards are high and who wouldn’t want to operate at that level?

What makes Valkyrie different to other training providers in your view? The individual, as well as group learning approaches, not only nurture but also manage to challenge throughout the syllabus. I think Valkyrie make it their business to deliver in a professional yet personal manner

What key advice would you give to someone thinking about training with Valkyrie? Best to engage with them as soon as you believe you may have a training need. Valkyrie are more than happy discuss your requirements and to direct you and your learners to the most suitable course for their development and benefit of your business

What have been the highlights of your time as a Valkyrie Tutor/Role to date? As a new member of the Tutorial team I have already experiences several “Eureka” moments when an idea, turn of phrase, or concept has completely struck a chord with the learner – the frantic scribbling that ensues is a treat to see!
