High Ridge Training Terms And Conditions - Privately Funded Training


1.     Registration

By enrolling onto our training courses, participants agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

Participants must provide true, accurate and complete information during the registration process. Any changes to information should be promptly updated with High Ridge Training.

High Ridge Training reserve the right to accept or reject enrolment in our training courses.

 

2.     Payment

High Ridge Training require full payment of the training course at the time of booking, otherwise a payment plan set up as outlined on our website. This is through Pay in 4 by Clearpay.

 

3.     Cancellations

Participant training course cancellations will be refunded as follows:

For cancellations 30 working days or more prior to the training course start date, a full refund will be offered.

In the unlikely event that High Ridge Training have to cancel a course, due to matters beyond our control, participants will be offered a place on our next available scheduled training course, or offered a full refund

 

4.     Attendance and Punctuality

Participants are expected to attend all scheduled training sessions, including classes, workshops, and any other related activities as specified in the training course outline or schedule.

It is essential to arrive on time for all training sessions. Late arrival may disrupt the class and affect the learning experience of other participants.

If participants are unable to attend a session, they should notify their trainer in advance. Make-up sessions or alternative arrangements may be available at High Ridge Training’s discretion, but not guaranteed. Please note that non-attendance could impact the successful completion of the training course.

Repeated absences may result in your removal from the training course without refund or reimbursement of fees paid.

It is the participants responsibility to keep track of the course schedule and be aware of any changes or updates that may be communicated.

High Ridge Training emphasise the importance of regular attendance and punctuality to ensure a productive learning environment for all participants.

 

5.     Code of conduct

Participants are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanour during the training course.

Disruptive behaviour, harassment, or any violation of High Ridge Training’s code of conduct may result in your removal from the course. . In these circumstances, High Ridge Training will neither refund any fees nor reimburse any other costs.

High Ridge Training’s Code of Conduct is outlined within our participant handbook.

 

6.     Training Course Delivery and Timeframes

Where High Ridge Training have been notified of any special requirements within the participants application form, this will be discussed during training course registration. Every effort will be made to accommodate reasonable requests.

The training course will be delivered as described in the course outline or schedule, and the method of delivery may include in-person sessions, virtual sessions, online modules, or a combination thereof, as specified for each course.

High Ridge Training reserve the right to make changes to the course delivery method, schedule, or location at our discretion. Such changes will be communicated to enrolled participants in a timely manner.

High Ridge Training shall provide trainers to deliver the training course as it, in its sole discretion, deems suitable to do so.

High Ridge Training shall be entitled, at any time where necessary, to substitute any trainer with another, who is deemed suitably qualified to deliver the relevant training course.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that you have access to the necessary technology, materials, and internet connection (if applicable) to participate in the training course.

Participants agree to comply with any technical requirements, rules, or guidelines provided for the course delivery method, including but not limited to software downloads, login credentials, and hardware compatibility.

In the event of technical issues or disruptions during virtual or online course delivery, High Ridge Training will make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem promptly. However, we are not responsible for technical issues beyond our control.

Any supplementary materials or resources provided as part of the training course are intended for your personal or professional use and should not be shared or distributed without our written consent.

It is the participants responsibility to ensure that they can participate effectively in the course based on the specified delivery method.

Tutor support is accessible throughout the duration of the training course. Should a participant wish to increase this level support and access to training materials, this can be arranged at an additional cost. High Ridge Training is under no obligation to grant such requests.

The training course is designed to be completed within the specified duration as outlined in the course schedule or description. If, for any reason, participants are unable to complete the training within the provided course end date, an extension mat be requested in writing. Any extension of the course duration is subject to High Ridge Training’s approval and will incur additional costs. High Ridge Training reserve the right to grant or deny extension requests at our discretion.

If an extension is granted, participants agree to meet any additional requirements or conditions set forth by High Ridge Training for the extended period. Failure to complete the training course within the extended time frame, if granted, may result in the forfeiture of any fees paid.

High Ridge Training are not obligated to provide extensions, and any decision to do so will be made on a case-by-case basis.

High Ridge Training recommend planning course completion within the specified time frame to ensure a smooth learning experience.

 

7.     Training Course Completion and Certification

It is imperative that participants understand the requirement to provide the level of competency necessary to complete the training course.

Should a participant not be deemed of sufficient competency to meet the necessary standard of the training course, High Ridge Training accepts no liability for failure of the training course completion.

High Ridge Training’s decision on the participant grading, where applicable, is final.

Upon successful completion of the training course, participants may be eligible to receive a certificate or other recognition of achievement, as specified in the course description.

The criteria for successful completion, including assessments, assignments, or attendance requirements, will be communicated at the beginning of the course.

The issuance of certificates is subject to meeting the completion criteria, and certificates may not be provided if the criteria are not met.

 

8.     Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government actions.

 

9.     Confidentiality

Any information shared during the training, including discussions, presentations, and materials, should be considered confidential and for personal use only.

You are prohibited from sharing, reproducing, or distributing confidential information without our written consent.

 

10.  Liability

High Ridge Training does not accept responsibility for anyone acting as a result of information in, or views expressed on, its training courses including course materials. Opinions expressed are those of individual trainers and not necessarily those of High Ridge Training. Participants should take professional advice when dealing with specific situations.

 

11.  Privacy and Data Protection

Participant data, including personal information collected will be used and protected in compliance with data protection laws and regulations.

High Ridge Training emphasis our commitment to data security.

 

12.  Amendments

Whilst High Ridge Training make every effort to keep changes to the site to a minimum, we reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on our website or notification to enrolled participants.

By enrolling in High Ridge Training courses, participants acknowledge and agree to the above terms and conditions.
